My client purchased a dress by BCBG from your store. The first time it was cleaned the ruffles frayed. I contacted BCBG. They looked in their stores nationwide to see if the same dress was available. They notified me Thursday that it was not available and asked that the return be handled through the store where the dress was originally purchased. That is your store. The customer has the original sales receipt.
I am happy to UPS the dress to you but thought I needed to communicate with you before hand to see how you wanted to proceed. The clients name is Suzanne Lamond. Her Sales Receipt is number 10039. The date and time of sale is 12/27/2008 at 3:48 PM. The amount of the sale is $210.45.
